In this video, we teach you how to make a waterproof cat shelter at home! The supplies you will need for this project are an 18 gallon storage bin, a foam cooler, straw, a marker, and an Exacto Knife.

Why are we doing this?
For our Girl Scout Silver Award, we decided to make cat shelters and encourage others to make some as well! Cats have a warm place in our hearts. When we were watching TV, a commercial came up with sad, hungry, homeless cats. We were so devastated to see this and we felt obligated to do something and reach our goal to save these poor innocent cats.
