This is the only way to end (any) Drug Addiction without severe withdrawals or relapse Video transcript : This video is going to be about one trick that you MUST implement in order to be successful at ending your drug addiction. It could be used for opiate addiction (suboxone, oxycodone, heroin, methadone, fentanyl, etc), cocaine or methamphetamine addiction, benzodiazapine addiction, alcohol addiction, eating disorders, etc..I will use opiate addiction for this discussion.
As you probably know, there are countless strategies of dealing with opiate addiction. Some of the most popular methods include sub (buprenorphine) in many different shapes and forms (maintenance, detox, tapering, rapid detox, sublocade injection, etc), methadone. There are clinical studies on how to use gabapentin, clonidine, and other RX meds.
Now, there’s been a trend and huge hype around using Kratom (very deceiving and controversial method, IMO), Phenibut, Kava-Kava, Loperamide, Mega dose of Vitamin C, cold turkey with comfort meds (like benzos and/or amphetamines), Thomas Recipe, Various Nootropics. In fact, one of the most lucrative nootropics combo that may include stuff like : phenibut/adrafinil/tianeptine/theanine to deal with acute withdrawals AND post-acute (PAWS), but only for short period of time. So which one works best? Do any of these even work? Well, they ALL work. If you do them right. AS long as you are NOT replacing one addiction with another, but instead using something temporarily, you are in a good shape. I don’t want to sound like an asshole, but you don’t want to be like this young woman that I know. She quit her 2 year percaset habit, to use 16 mg of Sub. FOR 7 DARN YEARS. NO TAPER. NOTHING.

Or like my close buddy who got tired of this big pharma scam, and jumped from 2mg/day Sub to enjoy 30 grams a day of NASTY Kratom. Once again, which ever strategy you chose: just make a plan, and this plan MUST include the “jumping off” process, meaning, becoming completely free from ANY MIND ALTERING SUBSTANCES!

Ok, This video is NOT about the ‘magic’ recipe. It’s not about the perfect formula to cheat your body and mind.. However, if you want me to cover each of these methods I went over in detail, please let me know. In addition, I will be more than happy to go over my favorite recipe that minimizes wd, helps with cravings, and doesn’t cause dependency , if used properly (all natural, nootropic/vitamin/mineral combo).

Now, let’s get to the real purpose of this video: before you even decide to quit your DOC, you need to recondition your mind. Tony Robbins is someone I truly respect, and honor, and I strongly believe in many things he says. I’ve been to 2 of his seminars, and did this Ultimate Edge course on my iphone. Truly remarkable stuff. So, Tony talks a lot about human psychology I was able to interpret it, and customize his concepts to Drug addiction and Recovery.

So why addicts can’t just quit? Besides the physical dependency (which is by the way, only 5% of the reason), we have conditioned our minds to ASSOCIATE drugs with something positive. Humans do what they do for one of two reasons: either to avoid pain or to gain pleasure. Now thing about humans that are addicted to DRUGS LIKE OPIAGTES! Taking opiates kind of kills two birds with one stone: we numb, or kill the emotional and physical pain, AND we get pleasure. Do you understand why RE-WIRING YOUR MIND IS SO CRUICIAL NOW?

*In order to create a LASTING change, you must, do the following:

-First, you have to come up to a mirror, and say or even scream (if you have to), that you forgive yourself for all of your mistakes of the past. You accept yourself, and you love yourself for who you are. Say it as many times as you need to, Accept that you can’t rewind your life and change past, but you can and you WILL change your future, starting NOW. Accept that your failures made you stronger, wiser, and more prepared for your upcoming success!
-Then, you need to really get your shit together and COMMIT. Without commitment – without making a promise to yourself after the step I mentioned earlier, it wont work!
-Lastly , and this is probably the most important step: close your eyes and visualize your life if you DON’T change now. See, feel, and even smell the consequences. Don’t even think about ‘what you have done so far’. But focus mostly on what if you don’t kill that monster that’s messing up your life? Think of everyone around your that will suffer.1 month from now, 1 year from now, 5 years, 10 years, etc from now.. etc etc.
-And finally, vividly picture youself being completely drug free. See yourself as a brand new person in a very near future. Think of how your life will improve, think of your loved once who will benefit, think of your career, think or your relationships, your finances, your health, your sex life, self respect, charisma, productivity, your physical and emotional strength, etc.. Be as detailed as possible.
