RBI TO DECIDE FATES OF MAPUSA & MARGAO CO-OP BANKS_Prudent Media Goa

Fate of Mapusa Urban Co-operative bank and Margao Urban Co-operative bank now lies at the hands of RBI. As banks from neighbouring States have not shown interest in merger with these Co-operative banks the final call lies with RBI to decide their merger. State government has also shown helplessness in supporting the banks.
