I have ADHD and I take medicine to help me focus and sit still and do better. It’s hard for me to think before I talk or do something. There not a day that goes by that adults won’t yelled at me.

I did a new video about thus because I’m taking new meds now and it’s better cause I only have to take once a day and will anyone be interested in doing ADHD videos ? We can share our stories about how we deal with it?
