Don’t mistake my overly-concerned tone for a lack of confidence. For me, it seems natural to overly-analyze as many aspects of a race like Ironman as I can imagine. I want to be prepared for everything, so I think of all that can go wrong and then I tend to discuss it all on the podcast. After processing my finish at Mont-Tremblant, I’m feeling pretty confident in my ability to finish Lake Placid and I’m looking forward to getting redemption in 25 days!
