New traffic laws have been designed which will come into effect from 1st January. The fine for the violation of these laws is increased significantly. According to the amendment in National Highways Safety Ordinance 2000, violators will now pay 3 times more fine than usual. Other than that, traffic laws awareness programs have been initiated by the government, which will let all the professional drivers know the new rules.
