China develops infrastructure by leaps and bounds

China's infrastructure has developed by leaps and bounds for four decades. Take transport development, for example, highway length has stretched from 120,000 km in 1978 to 4.05 million km in 2018, while railway length has gone from 50,000 km in 1978 to 130,000 km in 2018. This development has helped boost China's economic growth.
