Anyone here know how to say hello in Japanese? From what Max tells me it’s “konichiwa”, but hopefully you guys can teach me more words at the meet up this Saturday 3:45pm in front of the Hachikō statue next to Shibuya crossing! So it’s still November, which means I get to wear my favorite fall outfits and sweaters! Last week I pushed myself a little too hard and got the flu, but that meant I had more time at home while I was recovering to go through my closet and organize things. I put a bunch of fall inspired looks together using some of my old piece and a few basics that I found second hand online. Anyone else here like to go thrift or vintage shopping? In March Max decided that he wouldn’t buy any more new clothes except boxers and socks (thankfully). He does all of his shopping on an app or online and everything he’s found is pre-owned so I decided to start doing the same! Who else has started buying pre-owned?

I was thinking in December before I leave town I can ask a few of my friends to go vintage shopping and if any of you guys would like to join us we can do it all together. I’m sure some of you have heard of Beacons Closet in Greenpoint or Buffalo Exchange? Those are great places to look. For the next two weeks I’m going to be traveling Japan starting in Tokyo. Last time Max and I tried to spend time here we had to leave because I had to shoot an Express campaign in New York, but this time we’ve blocked out two weeks and nothing is going to get in the way. If you guys are keeping up with me on instagram I’ll make sure to share some of my favorite hot spots, my favorite places to take pictures in Tokyo, and lots of FOOD PICTURES! I can’t wait to visit all the vintage shops and see if I find anything special!
