Recently I took a trip to Minnesota to attend the Minnesota State Fair. While there, I knew I had to stop in at Matt's Bar in Minneapolis to try out their famous Jucy Lucy burger. And when I got back home from the trip, I knew I just had to try and recreate in my kitchen. So here goes!
