Somewhere along the way, we were taught to always eat fresh and stay away from the frozen aisle. I understand why you would think that way because it’s been ingrained in us for so long, but not everything the food industry tells you is true.
Many people are shocked when they find out that I eat frozen veggies. They are cheaper, have a longer shelf life, and there are studies to show that frozen veggies and fruit have as much, if not more, nutrients as fresh produce. It’s an incredible process that not many people understand, so I made this video to debunk the fresh vs frozen myth.
