I guess Dipsy really wanted the Tubby Toast Crumbs to be close to the edge of the table, and close enough for the Noo-Noo to tidy up. So, he becomes the 1st & Only Teletubby to take the brush off of the Noo-Noo's head, and uses it to bring the Tubby Toast Crumbs to exactly right where he wants.
