On August 26, 2019 a driver pulled out his gun and SHOT a 17 year old man who was on a motorcycle. The shooter is claiming self defense. According to the shooter a group of motorcycles began harassing, hitting and kicking his car while he was driving down US19.... Is this a reason to use a firearm in self defense??
