4 Story Beach Home Remodel!? Project Walk-Through Before Bidding..

They want us to rip the roofs off, demo ALL the walls and go like crazy building a brand new 2-unit home here. I have to say -- It's not a bad idea, the floorplan on the existing is OUT THERE! What do you think? Should we remodel?
