Connect With Your Higher Self

In this video, I discuss the importance of stepping into, connecting with and aligning with your higher self. There are lower aspects of ourselves and higher aspects. The lower aspects belong to the small self or ego and this is what keeps us stuck and unable to truly live the type of lives that we want. The higher self is where the magic happens. The more we can begin to align with it the more flow and happiness we will experience.
