Sometimes it's nice to have a quick routine already made that gives you exactly what you want...and that's what Brian & Alex deliver to you in this video. In this video Alex demonstrates 5 of the leg & glute exercises to give you an AMAZING LOWER BODY Routine for amazing results!
These leg and glute exercises are going to strengthen your entire lower body body from hips to toes and give you BEAUTIFUL muscle tone and shape. And the best part about this workout is that not only will it give you GORGEOUS CURVES, but all of these moves are bodyweight so this can be done anywhere at anytime without equipment.
So why should you use this 5 Exercise Leg & Glute Workout (15 Sets)...Well for starters if you are new to working out this is perfect for you and is gentle on the body. These 5 leg and glute moves are SIMPLE YET EFFECTIVE!
Bodyweight exercises are also great if you are coming back from an injury. These will not only start to rebuild your strength but they will also get you sweating. If you are someone who travels a lot and you want to maintain a level of fitness but getting time in at the gym is a challenge for you, then this is an excellent GO TO, to keep you on track with your fitness goals.
Now this is a 15 set workout. What that means is you will be performing 10 reps of each of the 5 exercises in this workout for 3 full rounds.
