Chef Lena tries 16 different variations of crepes to find the easiest, most perfect crepe recipe to ever exist. Watch her try 5 different liquids: whole milk, buttermilk, coconut milk, seltzer, and beer (yeah we were skeptical, too). She'll then test 4 different flours for the right texture: almond, corn meal, cake, and whole wheat. Finally, Lena tests 4 different sugars to get the right amount of sweetness: honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
