Continuous murmur in a newborn with patient with a coronary artery fistula

Phonocardiogram obtained in a four-day-old infant with a coronary artery fistula from the left main coronary artery to the left atrial appendage. The recording was made at the left midsternal border and demonstrates a continuous murmur.
