It's OK to have bad days in life! They will happen if you like it or not, so you might as well learn how to cope with them without suffering. When we 'allow' the bad times to be (without becoming connected to them), they are able to pass through us faster, minimizing the damage. Next time you have a bad day, observe your feelings, allow them to be there, and don't get connected to them! They will pass, just as everything does.
