1) What is the right exercise program to get results fast. 2) Which is the best diet to follow.
3) What supplements to take for faster results and nowadays I also get a few who believe results come only through the use of steroids.
*The best answer for all these questions is* -
1) There can never be one exercise program that can suit everybody, the coach has to have the right knowledge to be able to design a workout program keeping your goals, bodytype, strengths, weekness etc... And that workout program becomes the best for you. Also, the program needs to change as you make progress.
2) There is no such thing as a best diet, as there is a new fad diet in the market each year, these diets have a short term effect, but the moment you stop doing them you lose the results very fast. What each person should focus on is a good nutrition program, complete with quality carbohydrates, proteins and fats, one that also covers your body's requirements for the micronutrients which are your vitamins and minerals and one that you can follow with consistency.
3) Supplements are exactly what the name says, they cannot replace your main meals, and also they are loaded with preservatives and colours which are harmful for the body. There is also not much research done on most of them and some may also contain banned substances not mentioned on the product ingredients profile.
Steroids are very risky and anybody wanting to have a healthy and fit body should stay away from them and maintain a distance from trainers and dietitians who promote them.
Anybody can build a decent body if they consistently follow a training program designed for their goals and body type and if they support their training by following a complete and healthy nutrition plan. There is no need for complex supplements and steroids for results.
