How it starts? We gather all the materials we need . Put a large pot with 3/4 water to boil and the process begins // We always have an extra pot of boiling water
•1 kg of ( Ground beef ) or (that minced meat is allowed in your religion)
•1 onion grated
•2 whole eggs
•1 cup small rice Carolina (80 - 100 grams) Rinse the rice to leave the starch •1 teaspoon of salt
•1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
•1/2 bunch of dill
•1/2 bunch of parsley
•1/2 bunch of spearmint // Mix all the ingredients together and make small balls
•and some flour ( we will pass the balls out with flour externally ) •3 medium potatoes •1 large carrot
•1/2 cup small rice (40-50 grams) •I add 12 tablespoons olive oil (Add the olive oil you want)
•1/2 teaspoons of salt (the salt is at will )
•The juice of 2 lemons - at will
