A rare eye condition is now threatening to derail the academic ambitions of a bright girl who scored a c plus in last year’s Kenya certificate of secondary education exams. 17 year old Matilda Zighe from sikujua village in Voi is now battling a serious progressive eye disease in which the cornea thins and begins to bulge into a cone like shape causing vision distortion
