CPU 소음 (Noise coming from CPU and fixed it)

2020-01-12 CPU 소음 해결 했습니다.
방법은 BIOS에서 CPU Configuration - C State 기능을 disabled로 변경하는 것입니다.
같은 증상을 겪고 계신 분들은 한번 시도해보시는게 좋을 것 같습니다.

I've fixed this cpu noise this afternoon switching BIOS setup - CPU configuration - C State to disabled. Go check the configuration and try it if you have the same problem.
