UseCase - Zoom on product code. From problem discovery to solution delivery in 2 days. UX + Agility

In this episode, I have a use case from a feature we made back in 2015. I've illustrated a little how we as UX designers can help product owners to discover and define the next deliverables making the whole flow more simple.

The final result is a small feature that could have become a huge project if UX principles weren’t applied in the early stage.

At this time, we didn't apply any framework... just a good dose of creativity, empathy and UX principles.
