Overlanding Idaho - Deadwood to Hazard Lake

This trip was the beginning of the Subourbon Cowboy passion for overlanding.

One of our earliest trips. On this trip, two Jeeps go offroading together (Will and Chris). The goal was to head over the Boise Mountain Ridge to Deadwood Resevoir, then continue on to Yellow Pine, Idaho. However, the guys have to reroute because Will has a little too much fun with a knife, and they need to detour to the Emergency Room.

Subourbon Cowboys is a group of friends with Jeeps, Toyotas, Landrovers, and any other type of overlanding rig, who go on adventures together. Our group believes in creating shared experiences through outdoor adventure and exploring. We find the least traveled dirt roads to the most exciting and often family friendly remote camping destinations.
