My Meditation Journey | The Z Technique | Best Meditation Apps My meditation journey has been a long one and my medication practice has changed a lot over the years. A lot of people want to know what my meditation practice consists of. Like with anything else, I think we should start at a place that's very achievable. I'm going to share with you some great meditation apps that I've personally used in the past which I believe are good places to start, especially if you are just beginning a meditation practice. I also dive a little into what I currently practice (which I love) which is called "Ziva Meditation" or "The Z Technique".

Meditation Apps I have personally used IN ORDER and recommend:

1. Headspace Meditation - Great for meditation beginners. Very achievable. 10 minutes a day 10-day challenged. Great gamification feature!

2. Oak Meditation app (available only on IOS) especially the Breathing techniques

3. Waking Up Meditation app by Sam Harris - Great for those who are not spiritual. Meditation for intellectuals.

4. Shinzen Young - Amazing teacher, Equinimity, walking meditations (Equinimity took my meditations to another level) He has an app called Bright Mind.

5. "the Z Technique" I read the book "Stress Less, Accomplish More" by Emily Fletcher which I highly recommend. I currently do her Z technique.
