The Bloomington IL Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in the identification of a suspect in a residential burglary in the 400 block of N. Robinson St., Bloomington, IL., on November 25, 2019. The suspect is a short black male, thin, with short black hair and possible goatee. The suspect appears to be in his late teens to early twenties.
