If this bread doesn't change your life, I don't know what will.
I eat this bread every day, I kid you not, it's not weird, it's a little weird. But if you're looking to actually trying to get your necessary fiber intake for the day, this is the best way to (unless you can pound salad (this doesn't go bad like salad does)).
