Today you’ll learn two bedtime stretches, you can do every night to help you fall asleep.
You’ll learn stretches and exercises that you can do at bedtime to help you wind down from your day, and fall asleep with ease. These stretches help lengthen your spine, which helps decrease stress, and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, otherwise known as the part of your nervous system that helps you “rest and digest.” These stretches will also help activate your core muscles, aiding digestion for better sleep. And… you’ll notice that both stretches will release stored tension in your back and core muscles, which helps the body relax.

Cobra Pose
