This was met with disagreement and a riot squad was deployed to quell things down. The additional fees were imposed on cigarettes but according to Minister of State for Investment, Trade and Commerce the matter has been resolved. The Minister says that the Board at the Benque Free Zone arbitrarily increased fees without consulting the government.
