Beef Lok Lak Recipe| Cambodian Food - I Am Thyda Cooking Hello and Merry Christmas everyone,
Welcome back to my Chanel! Today I'm gonna prepare Lok lak Recipe.
! It is kind of food that we can see very often in the Cambodian restaurant and it is different from every places.
The Ingredients:
- Beef ( use the young beef and slice it up)
- Fish sauce, sugar, chicken powder, oyster sauce, pepper powder, rice flour and Lime
- Garlic slice it up
- Veggies: Cucumbers, tomatoes, Onion (slice up) and salad
Instruction:
- After cleaning all those ingredients up put all veggies slices into the plate in circle around the plate.
- After slicing beef up mix it with fish sauce, sugar, chicken powder, oyster sauce all together!
- Add soybean oil to the hot pot then add garlic slices and wait it turn to brown then add mixed beef and turn it around to get it well done. If it a bit dry add a bit water.
- Make sure its flavor balanced we need to taste it before it done.
- Then add two tea spoon of rice flour and turn it around until it get done.
- Then add sugar, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice to get personal balanced version. Now it done and put it on the plate.
