This case is an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated kidnapping. This incident occurred on Friday, November 29, 2019 from approximately 3:00 am to 9:30 am, at 8110 West Sam Houston Parkway South, Houston, Harris County, Texas.
The complainant was delivering four vehicles to a car dealership in Houston from Las Vegas. The complainant arrived near his destination and decided to park at an AMC parking lot located at I-10 and Highway 6. The complainant decided to take a nap in his vehicle while waiting for the dealership to open. Two unknown males, armed with handguns, then approached the complainant and demanded his wallet and phone. Both suspects proceeded to take the complainant to a Bank of America, located on Old Spanish Trail, where the suspect was able to withdraw $1,000 dollars from the complainant’s bank account via an ATM machine (video of suspect).
The complainant was then held at gunpoint until a Bank of America opened. The complainant was then taken to the Bank of America located at 8110 West Sam Houston Parkway South. The suspect placed his weapon in his pocket and told the complainant that he would kill him if he did not cooperate as they went inside together. The suspect forced the complainant to withdraw $10,000 from the teller. As the complainant approached the teller to make the withdraw, he asked for a piece of paper and wrote a note stating that he needed help. The teller then asked the complainant to sit in the lobby to help delay as they called the police. Suspect #2: Black male, 25 to 27 years old.
