You may have heard this story already, but it bears repeating. I wasn't given a hospital. I wasn't given a commune. I wasn't given the tools I needed to be my activist self. Instead of giving up, or scaling my dreams down, I realized I had all the tools I needed, and the rest of the world will come with. Now in my 48th year of fundraising for my hospital dream, I see all the wonderful "hospital making" we have done together. Schools and hospitals being built all over the world! People discovering their clown-selves. I always believed that my hospital will be funded and built in 3 months. However, the cornerstone of the hospital was set the moment I said I make me. Dream big, and never take no for an answer!
