MICRO BIKINI WORKOUT w|LANA RHOADES

Lana Rhoades came to visit Miami recently and we wanted to go to the beach... but Lana also wanted to hit the gym. What do you know? There happens to be a gym RIGHT in South Beach... like... literally on the beach! It's called Muscle Beach.. well I don't really have to explain much more, watch for yourself!
