Elizabeth Warren releases plan for funding Medicare for All, leads Iowa poll

A new poll shows Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren is leading among likely Iowa Democratic caucusgoers. She has also released details on how she would fund her universal health care plan, known as Medicare for All.
