Bajwa Extension Case: 'Get Law Ministry Officials' Degrees Checked'

Senior court reporters from top media channels of the country while talking to Naya Daur reported what happened today inside the courtroom during the General Qamar Javed Bajwa extension case.

The bench headed by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa raised some very pertinent questions regarding the procedural blunders committed by the government while issuing the notification of the extension of the army chief.

Adeel Warraich of Dunya News says that at one point the judges asked the government to get the degrees of the law ministry officials who wrote the notification verified since their incompetence was clearly showing from the drafting of the notification.
