The siege of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University continued for a third day on Tuesday, November 19, 2019.But the number of people remaining inside the campus dwindled after police allowed nearly 200 minors to leave. At least 100 other people were arrested and dozens managed to escape.Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor told reporters she will use “whatever means” to persuade those still inside to leave campus as soon as possible.
