At the Press Conference, the maternal grandmother, #NormaAlavez pleads for safe return of Dulce. Dulce's mother, #NoemaAlavezPerez was not present.

September 20, 2019, Jesus Alavez puts out another strange video. Prosecutor said to report "Change in behaviour such as missing work, increase in alcohol consumption and / or any cars suddenly leaving area". He puts out a video of himself drinking and driving:

On September 21, 2019, Jesus Alavez posts a picture of himself on a boat going down the Cohansey River. This same day, the Prosecutor's office held their second Press Conference:
