Discipline not motivation is the key to getting things done. Motivation and passion are the spark that get things moving, but discipline is what gets you across the finish line. So do not believe that you always have to feel motivated to get things done and be successful. Some days I do not feel motivated to do anything. It is the discipline and work ethic that I have that make be get things done and do the work. This is a common theme throughout life. So do not get discouraged if you do not feel motivated, just do the work and focus on your work ethic and be disciplined.
