Back in the summer, shortly before Marcus Rashford signed a new Manchester United contract, Barcelona launched an enquiry about the England international. The 21-year-old has had his admirers in Catalonia ever since he burst onto the scene under Louis van Gaal, scoring eight goals between February and May in the Dutchman's final campaign in charge.
