'A very good deal': Johnson and Juncker announce new Brexit agreement

Boris Johnson and Jean-Claude Juncker have jointly announced an agreement on a new Brexit deal. Speaking to the press at the EU summit, Juncker said the deal was fair and balanced and 'provides certainty where Brexit creates uncertainty', while Johnson called it 'a very good deal'
