Learning one's craft comes from a lot of time, effort, dedication, training & self-discovery

Learning one's craft comes from a lot of time, effort, dedication, training & self-discovery Guess for myself fitness has always been a component of the sport.

They now call fitness the fastest growing sport but yet there is a confusing mixed message when comes to good and high-quality education, leadership, lack of mentoring and guidance from powers at be, our peers or a united front when comes to really making an impact to health and wellbeing for the general public.

As isn't it more important to make sure we serve and empower, engage, educate and of course even entertain people and most of all knowledge them the way they want and actually deliver what they need and refer or pass on if you not the right fit or solution.

Not to mention add brand ego, peoples ego and goals of making money more so then purpose or the why or actually wanting to make a real difference to the local or global community.

To become physically fit, one just need to be able to move anyway and how at any time, And when say physically strong isn't it more about being able to shift or lift your own physical body weight anytime and how.

And the Buzz word Functional training is and started with being able to function, form, flexibility, mobility and movement to help enhance and help you become physically fit and strong but yet reduce risk of injury and enhance performance as can't increase work capacity without being able to move more effective, more efficient, faster, stronger and to adapt one's movement patterns or genetic makeup as no one person moves the same or more should we treat people like that.

There are just some things you learn about training and coaching that books just can't teach you or how to get the best of one's self or clients.

And then there self discover where to learn to overcome the mind and pushes the boundaries of what we or yourself thought wasn't even possible that separate you and make you stand out from the world.

It's is ok to have a niche and it's fine to have a favourite but make sure your ego doesn't kill your talent or hurt your clients or customers experience and ruin that for there journey and learn to work with your peers or other allied health and professional and apply that education and collaboration which hopefully lead to more penetration and engagement to keep people moving to a more complete, active and physical lifestyle.

The world needs more role models so keep being awesome, stay humble and empower or help those less fortunate then you, kindness is free and lead by example.
