GTA crashes here and there? Online or startup? Irregular? Do you get this message? (Exited Unexpectedly)
First SOLUTION ( 1 )
Exited Unexpectedly - I'll tell you what the problem is and what the solution is.
The problem is that folders on your PC refuses access to cause changes from programs and or Internet?? Orr" Runtime Problems. Put not your anti virus out. Take literally what I say. (Exited unexpectedly) is a notification that changes do not happen, or??? missing files' so then crash your game.. Here comes the solution. ( DELETE GTA 5 - in Firewall ) & (Turn off ransomware). Go to Settings = Security = Under Windows Defender shows Ransomware. Take it off... (( Make sure the computer time equals the Internet time and date. )). RUN GTAplay as ADMINISTRATOR. The Firewall make a new Firewall rule..
For windows. Right click on GTAplay. Go to Compatibility A1- Klick on Run this program as administrator. Klick on ADD = OK,- Bouble click on the GTAplay...! :)

SOLUTION 2 Not necessary
This helps a bit, to get - to reduce internet traffic changes.
From and to close the game, to be done in your SC + GTA volders changes.
CLOAD SAVES set it on ( Disabled )
Start Game, In Sory mode or online ( PAUSE Menu & Social Club & SETTINGS & GAME SETTINGS & Disabled - CLOUD SAVES. ( Restart game ).

Reinstall as Administrator - GTA 5 (without interruption or loss of internet). To download go to Social Club.
START GTA Game always as Administrator, --( Right click on GTAplay - Go to Compatibility ( A1- Klick on Run this program as administrator. Klick on ADD = OK,- Bouble click on the GTAplay..! :)
Down't change Firewall settings after a new install as Administrator and always run as Admin.

SOLUTION 5
INTERNET ROUTER FACTORY ( Reset ). Set your router, got back from factory.
Recreate your security credentials in order.
You probably, like I've seen before problem. Had to deal with a hacker with online gaming. That hacker crashes or you have probably given you a remote spell. But it may also be possible that you have you is gaming with a Mod Menu? You may have something in the Mod menu damaged your own router..
