Examining Jeremy Stephens's Eye Poke at UFC Mexico | Luke Thomas

At UFC Mexico, Jeremy Stephens was set to face Yair Rodriguez in the featherweight main event. Instead, the bout was ruled a no contest after Stephens suffered an accidental eye poke after just 15 seconds into the first round.

Some have wrongly questioned Stephens and accused him of malingering. Still, others have wondered about the eye poke because the UFC didn't give the live audience in Mexico City or watching on ESPN+ much information or additional camera angles.
