Lately, I've found myself reminded of just how critically important passion is. Passion in relationships, in business and for what you are doing. The passion required to help others. The passion to stay alive. To continue. To contribute.

I've felt it in my journey to become the best mechanic/technician I could be and to become the best shop owner possible. I felt that for the writing I’ve done, my readers and for small business owners in general.

Passion drives exceptional performance. Passion sustains it. It manifested itself in my treatment and recovery and in the completion of Misfire: What to Do When Things Aren't Running on All Cylinders, the book I just finished.

I feel it communicating with you, especially when you respond. With all the things passion is likely to fuel, communication and community are two of the key ingredients fueling passion ;-{)}

If you aren't passionate about something get passionate. If you are, spread that passion around. It's contagious!
