Always check your app right before you check out. Walgreens seems to have technical problems every week. If you speak to a manager, they may be able to manually enter the value of your digitals. Or you can alert the corporate office and they will add the points to your account.

YES. But there's a catch. Each coupon needs an item to attach to. If you look at the top of your register reward it will say "manufacturer coupon". Because it is a manufacturer coupon, you cannot use it with a another coupon on the same item. Your digital coupons are also manufacturer coupons. It is not possible to use two manufacturer coupons on one item.
So if you were Picking up for instance one bottle of Tide detergent. If you have a Tide digital coupon and a register reward coupon you would need 2 items. 2 coupons need 2 items. Even if the 2nd item is not a high value item. This is called a filler item. If you need a filler, there are cheap rulers in the school supply section. They are 6 for $1.

When you make purchases at Walgreens, some of your purchases will earn points. These points add up on your walgreens account. You could be Walgreens rich and not even know.

Your points balance is displayed at the bottom of your receipt.
You can also download the Walgreens app and log in to view your points balance.
