In current events of national and international importance, NowThis News caught up with Jodie Dolan who started The Laundry Truck not for profit. After seeing how organization that help the homeless often provide showers, Dolan decided to create a mobile laundromat that allows people who are experiencing homelessness to do laundry for free. Free laundry can help ease life for those dealing with homelessness in America. 2019 saw homelessness increase by 16% in the last year in Los Angeles.
