• 2 organic lemons with skin
• One tablespoon of Ceylon cinnamon (10 g)
• Slices of fresh ginger (up to a thumb)
• 1 liter and a half of water
Elaboration
• Heat the water slightly and beat it with the lemons, cinnamon and ginger for two minutes.
• We will strain the drink.
• We can sweeten it with stevia or honey.
How do we take it?
• Half an hour before breakfast: 2 glasses on an empty stomach.
• Throughout the morning: 2 glasses, separated from the food.
• In the afternoon: 2 glasses, separated from the food.
