In this video we talk about how to stop Stripe Chargebacks and stop Stripe Disputes and why they can kill your business if you don't understand how much they actually cost you in the END if you LOSE a dispute / get a chargeback.

When a customer sees your product on your dropshipping store and purchases the product, there is usually a two week period between their purchase from your dropshipping store and the customer actually receiving your winning product to their door step.

This window is an obvious risk for getting a chargeback due to shipping times, but there is a MASSIVE risk on the other end when the customer actually receives the product.

- What to do if the customer wants to exchange the product for a different color?
- What is the product doesn't fit and your customer wants to get a different size?

Basically, how do we handle refunds and exchanges with our dropshipping stores?

Refund policies for dropshipping, as well as exchange policies, and how you deal with these, will HELP you to reduce chargebacks and reduce refunds and it's very simple.

RULE 1 - Bend over backward for the customer.
RULE 2 - Know your numbers!

I was guilty of this too for a very long time. I actually didn't know how much losing a stripe chargeback actually cost my dropshipping business and chargebacks are a massive risk to our business.
