潮湿巧克力蛋糕食谱How to Make Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe 关注我很久的Cookies们都会知道,我很多蛋糕款式影片都超爱用这巧克力蛋糕来做蛋糕底。因为非常容易做,又潮湿,有浓厚巧克力口味,适合搭配跟芝士奶油糖霜,巧克力酱等。最近很多人问我怎么算和做成6英寸的巧克力蛋糕,所以我就来重拍了。永远是我的最佳选择。

Hey Cookies that have been following me for long time will know that, in many of my cake style video, I super love to use this chocolate cake as the cake base. Because it is very easy to make, moist and has a strong chocolate flavor, it is suitable for pairing with cream cheese frosting, chocolate ganache and so on. Recently, many people asked me how to convert and make it into 6-inch chocolate cake, so I decided to re-film this recipe. Forever my go-to cake of all times.

♦食谱 =两个6'英寸圆蛋糕磨=
1杯(250毫升)牛奶
1汤匙 白醋
2杯(256克)普通面粉
1½杯(300克)白细纱糖
¾杯(88.5克)无糖可可粉
1½茶匙 苏打粉
¾茶匙 发粉
½茶匙 盐
2颗 大鸡蛋
½杯(125毫升) 植物油
1茶匙 香草精
¾杯 温水/咖啡
(烤箱170C: 55-60分钟)

♦Recipe =Two 6'inch Round Cake Tin=
1Cup (250ml) Milk
1Tbsp White Vinegar
2Cups (256g) All Purpose Flour
1½Cups (300g) White Castor Sugar
¾Cups (88.5g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1½tsp Baking Soda
¾tsp Baking Powder
½tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
½Cup (125ml) Vegetable Oil
1tsp Vanilla Extract
¾Cup Warm Water/Coffee
(Oven 170C: 55-60minutes)
