After a rough 2 months with illness and injury, I am finally back to the training grind. My coach from ATP coaching load my workouts into training peaks and the Wahoo automatically pulls in the workout. So when I jump on the bike its all right there for me to see and follow along with.

You dont have to do interval training or race or go fast to enjoy cycling. Cycling is whatever you want it to be. But when you get fit, the road seems so much more enjoyable, or at least in my opinion.
